Now in beta. Built for martial arts schools (yes, all of them, even yours).
Martial arts software
that doesn't fight you.
Websites that convert, operations that stay in sync, billing and shop that run themselves, and a branded app students open for more than the schedule. Belt progression paths, achievement badges, and rank-gated curriculum give students a reason to stay engaged between classes.
Built with pilot schools (real ones)
Martial arts only (sorry, CrossFit)
Belt paths & badges students use
App-Only, Website, or Platform + App
Good schools run on fundamentals. So should your software.
Before advanced combinations and flashy marketing, there is footwork, respect, and showing up. Gibon is named for that instinct: get the foundation right, then build. We design for owners and instructors who've spent decades on the mat and know the difference between a tool that helps and one more login they'll forget the password to.
Meet the people behind Gibon

Stance, breath, repetition. Progress you can see belt by belt (not quarterly roadmap promises).

Trials, tuition, attendance, curriculum. Systems that stay honest when the front desk is juggling five things and someone's kid is crying.

Lifelong practice, not a one-season signup. Software that respects that timeline instead of treating you like a churn stat.
Built for martial arts growth, not generic gym software with a gi slapped on it.
Your site, leads, roster, schedule, payments, and member app share the same data. No more copy-pasting trial signups into a CRM that still won't talk to billing.

School owners who stopped duct-taping software together.
“Our students stopped checking the website for the schedule. They just open the app. Attendance went up 22% in the first month.”
Master Nick Koclanis
Owner, Koclanis Martial Arts“We wanted a branded app without ripping out Xplor on day one. Gibon let us ship the app first and grow into billing when we were ready. No sales guy breathing down our neck.”
Studio owner
Pilot program · TKD school“One login for website, students, and trials. Finally. I was tired of exporting CSVs between tools that pretended to integrate.”
Front desk lead
Beta partner · multi-program schoolApp-Only. Website.
Or both together.
Every tier includes the full Gibon studio dashboard (roster, curriculum, billing, shop, CRM). The split is mobile app builder vs website builder, or both on Platform + App. No forced migration.
Quick answers before you book time.
How is Gibon different from Gymdesk or EFC?
EFC and Gymdesk are strong martial arts ops platforms. Gibon is martial-arts-first too, with a native branded app where Gibon handles App Store and Play publishing so you don't open Apple or Google developer accounts (unless you really want to). You can also start app-only and keep software you already use. See Compare in the main menu for the full breakdown, side by side, no marketing fluff.
Can I use Base44 or Emergent instead of Gibon?
